OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SANDSCAPE PAINTING
1. Sandscape is the natural balance of water, sand and air. The air height is about 5mm, and the sand will reach a better flow rate.
- If sand falls too slowly: draw out some air
- If sand falls too fast: add some air
2. With the change of temperature and air pressure, it is sometimes necessary to adjust the air and water in the sand painting. (air conditioner in package)
- There is a hole in the frame of each round sand painting to concentrate the air to the corner of any hole and wait for all the sand to move away.
- Insert the air conditioner into the air hole to extract or add some air.
3. If many small bubbles are formed in sandscape, especially large bubbles, a little water can be filled to supplement the evaporation of water.
- Be sure to use pure or boiled cooling water
- Select an air hole, wait until all the sand is removed, extract some air, and empty the air conditioner pipe.
Awesome and good product.. butAfter using the sand art mountain for 3 months, we noticed black spots appearing on its surface. The spots are gradually increasing and affecting the overall appearance of the sand art. We need to inspect the cause of the black spots and identify a suitable solution to prevent them from appearing again.

Jättevacker när den fungerar som den ska. Men den behöver endera tömmas på lite luft eller fyllas med lite luft så att det blir rätt "motstånd" för att få balans på sanden, endera så "rinner" det för fort, eller så " rinner" det nästan inte alls!

The product is good. But did not get the promised wood stand but a plastic stand with hollow bottom just as shown in image of others.

WE BOUGHT IT AS A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS. IT WAS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND I AM SURE OUR RELATIVES WILL LIKE IT. I SENT ONE EARLIER THIS YEAR TO MY DAUGHTER WHO REALLY ENJOYS IT

Update: The seller reached out and graciously offered to send a replacement that actually came with the regulator. I haven't had to use it yet but will update if I have further issues.Original: Apparently you need a syringe to regulate the air (when it's too little and sand is falling too fast, or too much and flowing too slowly or not at all) and this product not only doesn't come with one but doesn't even provide any instructions on what to get. I had to buy a whole kit of different sized syringes to figure it out on my own. I've had this and have used it most days for about 10 months now and recently it has started leaking. It leaked a little before, but now it's leaking every time I flip it over.

It's really gorgeous. We got the gold colour. There was an issue with the order but the company has been fantastic about it. They went over and above.I highly recommend this piece of art - you glance at it when you come in the room and...well, it sounds corny, but the colour patterns and movement of the sand, like an hourglass, add beauty to your life. And we all need that.Seeing the little hills form with the layers of dark and lighter colour takes you to another world a bit, out of your daily life for a few moments. It's also fun to flip it and get the line of bubbles placed properly. It's not much of a learning curve, but a little challenging to get the amount of bubbles correct and to flip it well, which is fun.This will make a really nice inexpensive gift, too.
